Glovatskaya Vitaly Mikhailovich - Виталия Гловацкого
Born May 30, 1952 in Ukraine.
1969-1970 Studied at building college
1971-1976 Department of Economics Lugansk Machine-Building Institute.
1976-1977 Served in the Armed Forces of the USSR. After the service, he worked as an engineer.
1986-1990 Studied at the Moscow Art School. Participated in the creation Perovsky Club Museum of Afghanistan war veterans "Debt".
