Born in 1945 in Lüdinghausen / Westfalen
1965-69 studied at the applied and free graphics at the Folkwang School in Essen
1969-72 studied painting under Prof. Rudolf Hausner at the College of Fine Arts Hamburg
1982-89 Lecturer at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz
