Daniel Friedemann

"I always drew and painted as a child, competing with an elder brother, Johannes Elis, an excellent abstract painter. Inspired by my father, also a painter, I embraced painting, graphics, sculpture, mosaic and architecture, interiors and buildings, as a whole, as a profession. Thanks to the world art business, my art has become a burden. I find little pleasure in working and pursue my right to personal happiness by doing as little as I can. Reading my paintings often leads people to the most astonishing results, some of which I can agree with, others not."
