Elena Bombardelli was born in Bolzano (Italy) in 12/09/1978. She lives and work in Florence.
Starting from a classical education, she moves to abstractionism experimenting new tecnicques and materials. In 2004 she reaches figurative painting and develops introspective view of oneself, one's body and objects. Her art is grayscale or two-colors. She aim to get the observer in contact with autor's view, always keeping searching for beauty in every aspect.
Between '91 and '94 she studied painting under prof. Mario dall'Aglio; in 1997 she moved to Florence to attend lessons of painting at Florence's Academy of Fine Arts and achieves bachelor degree in 2002. She also in 2003 inscribed to humanities faculty at Flocence University, following courses on Art History and
obtained the final degree with a thesis on Carl Einstein and the relations between cubism and african sculpture (final vote 110/110 cum laude), with professor Alessandro Nigro.
Elena Bombardelli nasce a Bolzano nel 1978, dove segue il percorso di studi fino a conseguire il diploma di maturita' al Liceo Classico nell’anno '96/'97. Nella stessa citta' dal `91 al `94 inizia lo studio del disegno e della pittura, seguita dal Prof. Mario dall'Aglio.
Nel 1997 si trasferisce a Firenze dove frequenta l'Accademia di Belle Arti con i docenti Adriano Bimbi e Riccardo Guarneri. Consegue il diploma nel 2002 con tesi in incisione su Karl Plattner con il Prof. Vairo Mongatti; nello stesso periodo frequenta la Scuola Internazionale di Comics di Firenze e, nel 2001, ottiene l'attestato per l'indirizzo di Illustrazione.
Nel 2003 si iscrive all'Università di Lettere, sempre nella città di Firenze, dove si laurea in Storia e Tutela dei Beni Artistici con tesi in Storia dell'Arte Contemporanea su Carl Einstein e i rapporti tra cubismo e scultura africana (110 e lode).
